The SASS Mounted Shooting National Championships is Presented by SASS and the Buffalo Range Riders of Founders Ranch, New Mexico. The event is produced separately from the Winter Range National Action Championships and is not a responsibility of the Winter Range producers.

Your SASS provided credentials will provide you access to all Winter Range social activities, day & night and you are encouraged to participate.

The Ben Avery SASS Arena is located at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility in Phoenix, Arizona. From Phoenix go north on I-17 to Carefree Highway (exit 223). Turn left at the stop sign, and take the overpass over the freeway. After crossing the cattle guard, the range entrance will be on your right. Follow the Winter Range signs across the range to the Mounted Shooting parking and camping area.

Camping for SASS Mounted Shooting Competitors is $10 per day and located in an area designated exclusively for SASS Mounted Shooters adjacent to the Ben Avery SASS Arena.

Water is provided for horses. No Corrals available at the match, you must bring your own.
