Loading the shotgun from a bandolier?

Yul, did Tombstone Leather do that for you, or someone else?

Loading the shotgun from a bandolier?

Several months ago, I saw a video of Dutch Coroner, who shoots Classic Cowboy with a Tupelo Bando. His hammered double technique was an absolute thing of beauty. I don't recall if the video was posted here on the Wire or on one of the CAS Facebook pages, but it's worth searching for.

Dillon Charge Bar w/ Trail Boss

I’ve had good results using the small charge bar to drop 3.5 grains of TB into 45 Cowboy Special cases, and the large charge bar to drop 6.2 grains of TB into 45 Colt cases. I have my Dillon 550 grounded and I keep used dryer sheets stuffed in the empty powder reservoirs when not in use.

Cimarron 1878 - what I got (myself) for Christmas

Thanks for the reply, Warden. I shoot a TTN I recently acquired used, and that was represented as a backup owned by a well known champion Classic Cowboy. It has a nice fit and finish and shucks the hulls just like yours. I cock the hammers the same way you do in the video. While I can do so without difficulty, it seems like I have to exert more force than you do in the video. I really love my TTN, though. It fits me a lot better than the Baikal Bounty Hunter II I've been shooting for several years and its extra weight results in almost zero felt recoil. I don't even have a recoil pad on it. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours. P.S. I'm a long-time lurker and occasional poster on the Wire. I always enjoy your posts, most of which have been very instructive.

Nice video, Warden. Did you do anything to lighten the hammer springs?
  13. How does one sign up for the R01 and RO2 classes? Thanks.
