I  am counting ten different SASS clubs in SoCal.

And nobody does Wild Bunch?

Something wrong here.

I asked Whirlwind Wendy about SoCal WB matches. It seems that the Cajon Cowboy's will allow you to shoot a modified WB at their Cowboy matches on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays. Looking at the scores it seems they do have some WB shoots too.
There's lots of great SoCal WB shooters that would love to see more WB in the area, but someone would need to take the up the endeavor to get it going.

Thanks, Tully, but that is not a Wild Bunch match; just a cowboy match that lets you shoot the Wild Bunch guns.

Doesn't anybody in charge here have anything to say or is ready to do anything about this?

Hi Mortman,

I'm not trying to be rude, but what possibly could be done by the WB administration? It's my understanding that Coffee is a WB ambassador, he's a SoCal shooter. He would be the best to contact on this matter.

If the clubs aren't interested in putting on a WB match it would fall to local shooter or shooters with interest to get it going. It's probably best to talk to the club closest to you and see what can be done about starting up a WB club. There are a lot of shooters in SoCal that would love to have a dedicated WB match to go to.

If a club starts up, I'll come shoot with you!

Mortman,
I've  spoken to Coffee and Beartrap. Beartrap is the contact for the Cajon Cowboys. There are plans for a dedicated WB club, but it will be a little while due to a sale of of the range. Cajon shoots WB, but it might be on cowboy targets at this time.
Call Beartrap , he will tell you everything. His number is on the Cajon website.
Hope this helps,
Tully
