SASS' Flagship National & World Championship Events are moving in 2028

END of TRAIL has been hosted by the Arizona Territorial Company of Rough Riders (a SASS Affiliated Club) since 2022 at Ben Avery Shooting Facility, retiring the event name "Winter Range" and handing off the National Championships in order to take on the challenge of presenting our World Championship event.

The SASS National Championships have been hosted by the Oklahoma Territorial Marshals since 2022 at the Oklahoma City Gun Club in Arcadia, OK since that time as well; 2022. 

In 2027, both of those events will remain the same: 

Feb/March 2027: The AZTCRR will host END of TRAIL, the SASS World Championships at Ben Avery Shooting Facility in Phoenix, Arizona. See www.endoftrail.org for more information on the dates and schedule. 

October 2027: The Oklahoma Territorial Marshals will host the SASS National Championships (Land Run) at the Oklahoma City Gun Club. See  https://cowboy.okcgunclub.org/landrun/ for more information on the dates and schedule. 

2028 - 2032 - the great "swap" occurs!

Feb/March 2028: The AZTCRR will bring back to life a true SASS icon- Winter Range, the SASS National Championships- passing the torch of END of TRAIL to Oklahoma. 

October 2028: The Oklahoma Territorial Marshals will retire the event name "Land Run" and will host END of TRAIL, the SASS World Championships.
